Cancellation/Refund Policy

Order Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
